Return and Refund Policy

1. SHIPPING

At Ethicrue, we're committed to ensuring that your orders reach you in a timely and hassle-free manner, whether you're right here in our home country or across the globe. Please read on for details about our domestic and international shipping policies.

1.1 Domestic Shipping (Within USA)

For Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated Delivery Times: Our national shipping service typically delivers your Ethicrue orders within 10 business days.
  • Shipping Cost: Enjoy free shipping for all domestic orders over $75. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies.

 Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.


1.2 International Shipping (Outside USA)

  • Estimated Delivery Times: International shipping times may vary based on your location. Please allow 8 to 24 business days for delivery.
  • Shipping Cost: International shipping rates vary based on your destination and the size of your order. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
  • For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

1.3 Order Tracking

For your convenience, we provide order tracking for both domestic and international shipments. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

2. RETURNS

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Ethicrue purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

 

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them, which means they should not have been worn.
  • Returns must be received back in our warehouse within 45 days of the purchase date

 

2.2 How to Initiate a Return

  • Access your Account in the store's navigation.
  • Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  • Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • Click Request return.
  • If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

 
2.3 Return Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

3. REFUNDS

3.1 Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Where there is a fault with the products received, your refund will include the original cost of the item in addition to the cost of the postage you paid to have your order delivered in the first instance.

 

3.2 Timing of Refunds

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to be processed, but the timing may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

 

3.3 Non-Refundable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on goods that have been worn.

Items marked as final sale are also not eligible for return
